Black masterbatch is made of imported high-pigmented carbon black, brand-new polyethylene resin and imported pigments additives by high-speed mixing, extrusion and water-cooled drawing strip granulation, with a carbon black content of 45%.
White masterbatch refers to the color masterbatch produced by high-speed mixing with high-quality pigments, high-quality resins and additives for mixing twin screw. Suitable for sheet, film blowing, pipe, injection, blow molding, suction, and other products.
The color masterbatch is a plastic colouring agent which is well dispersed by high proportion of pigments or additives and thermoplastic resins. The resin selected by the masterbatch has good wetting and dispersing effect on the colouring agent and good compatibility with the coloured material. That is: pigments + carriers + additives = color masterbatch.
Defoaming masterbatch, also known as plastic desiccant, moisture removal masterbatch and water absorbent masterbatch, is widely used in the production of plastic products such as injection moulding, wire drawing, film blowing and pipe drawing.
